First-timer Message

Welcome, come one, come all, to the carnival ride of my mind.

I would like to preface this first post by saying that, as the title implies, I am a first-timer to this whole “Author”, “Blog”, “Crappy website I built in 8 hours on my own instead of 2 with AI”, thing. As such, we can all expect some f***arounds as I try and work out the kinks alright. You with me? Comprendre? Good. That’s what I thought.

For those of you who’s inner voice read that last paragraph in a more serious tone, please note that I am not, in fact, a very serious person at all. ~90% of the words I say in life and ~99% of those written, are completely and utterly sarcastic in nature. (And for those of you reading without an “inner voice”, how the hell does that work? No, seriously, if you read without a little voice narrating the words in your mind, please send me a detailed description of the experience in the submissions tab on the authors page. I am genuinely, extraordinarily interested.)

Back to the post. What can you expect from this all? I’d say there can be 3 guarantees: inconsistency in posting times and schedule, some very dark humour, and possibly some updates on whenever I’ll get around to finishing the novel.

So please, sit back, get comfy, grab some popcorn, maybe some liquorice, pet your dog or cat for me (or your fish - I don’t discriminate), and enjoy the content!

P.S. If you are seeing this before I post anything else… well… better get REALLY comfy I guess.
